Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligible returns must be unused, unopened and in the same condition it was received in. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us prior to returning an item. Some items need to be returned to the manufacturer and others will come to us. Some will require an RMA. We will provide instructions. Failure to ship your item to the proper location and without proper documentation could result in your item not being eligible for a return, or additional shipping charges the customer would be responsible for.
Re-stocking Fee
All returns/exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee on the value of the item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Your credit card or original method of payment will receive an automatic credit applied, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. Due to processing times, an official posting of your refund may take some time. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@westminstertech.com.
Sale items & Demo Units (if applicable)
We only provide refunds on regular priced items, unfortunately, cannot provide refunds on sale items or demo units.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@westminstertech.com and we will provide instructions on where and how an exchange will be handled. The customer is responsible for shipping charges for an exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you would receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
